The Company provides data center hosting, cryptocurrency mining infrastructure, GPU compute services, and renewable energy solutions. Specific service terms are detailed in individual service agreements.

To use certain services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. This includes but is not limited to:

• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Distributing malware or engaging in hacking

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and late fees as outlined in our Fees & Penalties schedule.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

7. Disclaimer

The Company is not a financial advisor. Nothing on our website or in our services constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency mining involves substantial risk, including the risk of partial or total loss.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by other means.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
