Yes, scheduled visits can be arranged with advance notice. Due to security protocols and operational requirements, all visits must be pre-approved and accompanied by our staff.

Billing & Payments

We accept wire transfers, ACH payments, and cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC). Credit card payments may be available for certain services with additional processing fees.

Hosting fees are billed monthly in advance, due by the 1st of each month. Late payments are subject to fees and potential service suspension as outlined in our Fees & Penalties schedule.

Standard hosting agreements require a minimum 6-month commitment. Shorter terms may be available with adjusted pricing. Long-term contracts (12+ months) receive preferential rates.

Technical Questions

We provide access to a monitoring dashboard where you can view real-time status, hashrates, temperatures, and power consumption. You'll also receive alerts for any issues requiring attention.

Basic maintenance (reboots, cleaning, fan replacements) is included in hosting fees. Major repairs (hashboard replacements, PSU issues) are handled by our technicians at cost, or can be sent to manufacturer warranty service.

Our facilities have backup power systems for critical infrastructure. While mining operations may be briefly interrupted during outages, our systems are designed to resume automatically once power is restored.
